Visitor information
Hotel Zuiderduin is located about 100 metres from the beach in Egmond aan zee.
Do you have young children and would you like to bring them to the conference, this is no problem. The hotel is suitable for families and even has an indoor playroom. Please send an email to Anja Mosselman or Ingrid Vleghels for further information.
A lactation room will be available throughout the conference.
A prayer room will be available throughout the conference.
Travel
Transport will be arranged on Monday morning and will bring you back Tuesday evening from and to the following locations:
- Utrecht Science Park (bus transport)
- Amsterdam Science Park (bus transport)
- Leiden campus (shared car transport)
- Nijmegen Heyendaalseweg (shared car transport)
- Groningen campus (shared car transport)
- Venlo Brightlands campus (shared car transport)
- Wageningen campus (bus transport)
You can also reach the location by public transport. From train stations Alkmaar or Heiloo you can take a bus to Egmond aan Zee. Please check NS.nl for the train schedule and 9292.nl for the bus schedule.
There is limited free parking at the hotel.
