Registration and fees

Early bird deadline is 31 January 2026. Late registration: 1 February – 28 February 2026 (for late registrations we charge € 50 extra per fee).

Registration fee University/Institution participants:

MSc students:
  • 1 day participation (30 or 31 March) € 130
  • 2 day participation without overnight stay € 275
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (2/3 person room) € 325

* The single room option is not available for MSc students

PhD candidates:
  • 1 day participation (30 or 31 March) € 150
  • 2 day participation without overnight stay € 275
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (2/3 person room) € 325
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (single room) € 450*

*Single room stay is not preferred for PhD candidates, please take this option only if absolutely necessary

Postdocs:
  • 1 day participation (30 or 31 March) € 175
  • 2 day participation without overnight stay € 300
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (2/3 person room) € 360
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (single room) € 450
Staff members
  • 1 day participation (30 or 31 March) € 200
  • 2 day participation without overnight stay € 375
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (2/3 person room) € 425
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (single room) € 475

Registration fee for Industry

  • 1 day participation (30 or 31 March) € 450
  • 2 day participation without overnight stay € 800
  • 2 day participation with overnight stay (single room) € 950

Cancellation conditions

Unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances? Read our cancellation policy here:

  • For cancellations between 1 February and 28 February 2026 a fee of € 75 will be charged.
  • For cancellations between 1 March and 29 March 2026 the full participation fee will be charged.
  • No-shows will be charged the full participation fee plus an extra administration fee of € 100.
