Cancellation conditions:
• From four to two weeks prior to the start of the event, a fee of € 100 will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within two weeks prior to the start of the event the whole fee will be charged
• By no-show you will get charged the registration fee ( incl. hotel room when booked) plus extra administration fee of € 100
